Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and shipped by PureXLabs through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During high-volume periods, including sales, holidays, supply delays, or carrier delays, processing may take longer.

Orders are processed only after payment is successfully confirmed.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer available shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout and may vary based on carrier performance, destination, service availability, and other factors outside of our control.

Typical domestic transit times are estimates only:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day, where available

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays can occur due to weather, holidays, operational issues, access limitations, security screening, or other factors outside of our control.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Shipping method selected
  • Delivery location
  • Any active promotions, if applicable

Promotions, if offered, may temporarily change shipping pricing.


4. Address Accuracy & Changes

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Address changes are not guaranteed once an order is placed. If you contact us quickly, we will attempt to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes after processing begins.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs.

PureXLabs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


5. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.


6. Signature Confirmation, Age Requirement & Delivery Requirements

Certain orders may require delivery signature by a person who is 21 years of age or older. The carrier may require age verification, government-issued identification, or another form of delivery confirmation before releasing the package.

We may require additional delivery verification based on order value, fraud screening, compliance review, shipping destination, carrier requirements, or customer history.

This may include:

  • Signature confirmation
  • Adult signature or age verification
  • Delivery to the billing address
  • ID verification or order confirmation before shipment

If delivery is attempted and the carrier cannot complete delivery because no eligible signer is available, age verification cannot be completed, access is unavailable, or another delivery issue occurs, the customer is responsible for coordinating re-delivery or pickup with the carrier.

Failure to complete a required signature, age verification, carrier pickup, or delivery requirement does not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, replacement, refund, or reshipment.


7. Delivered but Missing / Stolen Packages

If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate the package:

  • Check around the delivery location, including porches, mailrooms, parcel lockers, side doors, and reception areas.
  • Check with neighbors, building management, front desk staff, or household members.
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

PureXLabs is not responsible for stolen, misplaced, or missing packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

At our discretion, we may assist by providing documentation needed for a carrier claim.


8. Lost Packages / Carrier Delays

A package may be considered lost if tracking shows no movement for a prolonged period.

If your package appears lost, email us at info@purexlabs.io with your order number and tracking number.

We will help initiate a carrier investigation where applicable.

Carrier delays do not automatically qualify an order for a refund, replacement, or cancellation.


9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@purexlabs.io.

Include your order number and clear photos of:

  • The outer shipping box
  • The shipping label
  • The internal packaging
  • The item or items received
  • Any visible damage, leakage, tampering, or delivery issue

We may be unable to assist without proper documentation.


10. Shipping Restrictions

We may restrict shipping to certain locations, jurisdictions, addresses, carriers, or delivery methods based on legal, carrier, payment, fraud, compliance, or risk considerations.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if we cannot ship to the address provided or if the order cannot satisfy required delivery, signature, age-verification, or compliance requirements.

We may refuse shipment to certain destination types, including but not limited to:

  • P.O. boxes
  • Mail drops
  • Freight forwarders
  • Reshippers
  • Virtual offices
  • Hotels
  • Dormitories
  • Temporary housing
  • Addresses that cannot support proper delivery verification

11. Research Use Only

Products sold by PureXLabs are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research use and are not for human or animal use.

Shipping communications and customer support will not provide guidance, instructions, or recommendations for personal use, human use, animal use, dosing, administration, reconstitution, or any other prohibited use.


12. No Refunds / All Sales Final

All sales are final. PureXLabs does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Shipping delays, carrier issues, missed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses, refusal to sign, failure to complete age verification, or packages marked delivered by the carrier do not automatically qualify for a refund, replacement, cancellation, or reshipment.

Any replacement, store credit, refund, or other resolution is handled at the sole discretion of PureXLabs.
