All sales are final. PureXLabs does not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests once an order has been placed.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is final and non-refundable.
Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at info@purexlabs.io with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution at our discretion. This may include a replacement, store credit, or another solution, depending on the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for any items once they have been shipped or delivered. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed, packed, or shipped. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@purexlabs.io. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
